Our mission is to help active individuals limited by pain regain strength, mobility, and independence through guided movement so they feel hopeful, confident, and capable again.

Meet Kellie Hobbs

​Kellie Hobbs is the founder of Creative Fitness Method, a coaching practice dedicated to helping active individuals overcome pain, rebuild confidence, and return to the life they want to live.

With over 14 years of experience in CrossFit, powerlifting, and strongman training, Kellie understands both the physical and mental demands of performance-based fitness. She is also a powerlifting world record holder and has spent years learning how strength, movement, and resilience work together—not just in competition, but in everyday life.

For the past 6 years, Kellie has coached CrossFit athletes and individuals of all fitness levels, helping people safely build strength, improve movement quality, and gain confidence in their bodies. A large part of her coaching experience has come through leading foundations programs, where she introduced new members to exercise, movement mechanics, and strength training in a supportive and approachable environment.

Through Creative Fitness Method, Kellie combines strength training, guided movement, education, and personalized coaching to help people bridge the gap between injury, rehab, and real-life performance. Her approach is rooted in the belief that pain is not a life sentence and that the body is capable of adaptation, healing, and growth with the right guidance and support.

Kellie works with individuals who feel stuck, frustrated, or uncertain about what to do next after injury, chronic discomfort, or repeated setbacks. Her coaching focuses on restoring strength, improving movement quality, and helping clients feel confident in their bodies again—without fear-driven training or one-size-fits-all programming.

Creative Fitness Method was built on the values of professionalism, integrity, accountability, continuous growth, and client-centered coaching. Kellie believes every person deserves a plan that meets them where they are and helps them move forward with clarity and confidence.

Based in Medford, Oregon, Kellie offers both in-person and online coaching for individuals ready to move better, hurt less, and reclaim their active lives.
